hard boiled steamed, scrambled with cilantro,green onion and left over salsa from the local Mexican spot is off the hook. jenneo or who ever you spell it makes some pretty good Turkey sausage saved me from eating pork for breakfast. I'm getting pretty lean.

How come no one does steroids here, when I have the cash I do them when I get real big and I don't really have the even left many ways, after certain age steroids are not that harmful it's these young people that the body cannot take it

Steak, or Salmon is tops for me. I'll eat it all, though. Venison sounds good right now. Pork Tenderloin. Beans are cool, especially when they are in chili with meats.

Actually have a Chicken split broiler. Forgot all about it. Good looking out. Screw the bologna sandwich now. That has to have some protein too though. Milk too. Sausage, bacon. All sounds great.

i don't really care about animals but if anyone wants to change their eating habits it would help them

good point about hypocrisy, i ask people with dogs if they would throw their dog on the grill or chop it up and stick it in the oven, and they all look at me like i'm crazy

while they do the exact same thing to other random animals

i'll go with fried chicken for favorite protein
