I was always curious how this case turned out, as we never heard much about it after the smart-ass lawyer fired off that letter....

Apparently, it's better to have a SMART lawyer as opposed to a smart-ass lawyer, as he was nevertheless sued and a settlement nevertheless paid.....

running down the docket sheet in the LA Superior Court in which it was filed, Case No. BC566899, revealed that some money did indeed change hands.....

I'm still diggin' a bit to see exactly who paid (hustler or bilz), and how much......

after downloading from the la superior court about ten docs and blowing 40 bucks to do so, I've concluded that the case settled shortly after a judge denied Bilz/Hustler's efforts to toss it out of court....

only firm numbers that show up is some dickweed named igor nathan smith paid the skank $2,500.00 to fuk off.....

hustler and bilz sued each other, of course, and dismissed their claims against each other shortly after the hearing that threw all but the skank's negligence claim out of court.... including her punitive damages claim.... saying that while the conduct was juvenile, it was not "despicable" and thus no punitive damages were warranted.....

couldn't track down how much hustler paid her, or bilz, but clearly it was something to get her skeezer-ass to hit the trail and fuk off....

In a traditional Donk editorial note, I have to say one of hustler's lawyers, abby moscatel, is a pretty hott piece of ass,.... bilz probably tried to fuk her too.... I know I would have.....

hustler and bilz had to cough up more than that.... I figure they put together somewhere around $20,000 - $30,000 bucks, and the third party defendant Igor that minimal $2,500
