So 3 days ago a Hispanic guy comes up to my window and takes his ring off and is offering me it for some cash. He asks (in Spanish)if I can help his poor family out with$25 to help them buy a meal. It was in a service area. I told him no I can't I'm trying to work for my own family. This happened in Angola,NY. He was driving a Nissan Maxima (black).

Then this morning in Jacksonville a car pulls up beside me while I was going for a walk. It's the same fukking guy with 2 small kids in the back and some lady in the back. He pulls his ring off and tries the same stunt. I asked him if he is following me. He says "no". I told him to fukk off.

These fukking lowlife amigos. Is this something that happens often?

I saw on Youtube some guy with his family in a Minivan with a sign saying he needs gas and food and people would give him cash. Then he later gets in the vehicle and drives off obviously not needing gas. Then he came back to the same spot a month later and did it again. A guy came up who put it on his cell phone calling him out. He did it when this lady was about to give him a $5. He pretty much asked why he could not just get a damn job instead of trying to obviously scam people.

There were cars pulling over giving this guy money in a line before he walked up exposing him.
