Water pik, oil pulling, swish with collodial silver...avoid sugar...vegan diet...never have any issues. If you go to a conventional dentist you will soon have issues.

Twice a year. I keep my sugar intake down, and use a Sonicare toothbrush. Haven't had any cavities since my early teens (used to drink a can of Coke every day back then).

3 times a year. My dentist wants me to go 4 times a year because I have gaps between my teeth and gums but if I go 4 times a year it doesn't get any better.

I've also had the gum surgery. That only lasts 6 months before the gaps are just as bad.

I've only lost 1 tooth so I'm good to only go 3 times a year. I floss after every meal. Brush my teeth once a day and use mouthwash every day.
