You've Averaged 19 post a day for 6 years & you're wishing me luck to find friends

so a rough estimate is 3 hours per day on this site. Assuming you're on some type of public assistance as having a career seems remote. Yet you're giving me advise at interacting with actual human beings?

        cant make this shit up

This weight loss documentary Fed Up explained that Sugar is the main reason for obesity. Especially from soda cans. The best way to lose weight is to ban sugar from your diet.

I do think crossfit is silly...what's with the tall socks...kind of funny, my crossfit is lugging hundreds of pounds of corn and oats for a couple miles all year and then walking back with a rifle and gear in 10deg howling Texas hill country winds at 4am for a week...

my cheat days are when I use a truck for feed

Read this one article on the internet a few months ago. It basically was a trainer who put it in the simplest terms.

His point was... people make dieting so complexed... they over think everything. He narrowed it down into 2 sentences....

                                1. Faster heart rate burns more calories.

                                2. The more empty calories we eat... the harder it is to burn off.

Guy gets right to the point. It's as simple as that. Love it.

Bunch of women in this thread discussing their weight loss goals. Society has molded you in to the weak creatures you are. Weight as long as you're not obese should never be in the discussion. Should be thinking about what you could/can do to bring longevity and health to your life. Fuking goyims in this thread.

Does gaining weight make your rooster bigger? Does losing make it smaller?

I need these questions answered before deciding on altering my body. I'm 6'0 195 and been between 180 and 205 since HS.

4 years ago I would weigh 190 and be eating/working out the same as I do now.

No goals here, whatever happens happens. When people make goals they go gung ho sometimes and then cant accomplish anything.
When you decide your going to do something, it takes weeks and months to become a real habit.
The best thing to do is go to slow. If you think your doing something wrong or need to improve in a certain area. Think about it, even write it down and drill it in your head, stare yourself down in the mirror or do whatever you need to do.

The best thing to do is drink water and to take more vitamins and minerals. Do superslow weight training and enough with the cross fit junk or commercialized things that do nothing but try to take your money.

Agreed. Worry about body fat, not weight.

The BMI is a bunch of BS anyway. Their scale only accounts for sedentary people with average muscle mass. Most athletes are "obese" by their standards.
