lawyers and witness start cursing at each other, joe jamails asks the witness if he'd like to take a swing at him... witness makes an aggressive move toward joe, joe stands up calls him an asshole, other lawyers square off about objections being made and as a result of telling each other to shut up; joe calls witness a "dumb son of a bitch" as he stands up to fight the witness......
