that pipe is going straight thru their land. The govt said it is an easement. The company that is laying the pipe is etp/ete. I own a hundrend fifty shares of both. Since this shit started I have lost a grand on these 2 stocks. Don't understand why they just didn't move the pipe a couple miles. To be honest with you i don't blame them. Line 3 has already been moved. The whole argument about the water supply is ridiculous....there's already almost 7000 miles of pipe in the state as it is...also running under the Missouri River. The protestors are worried about the intake location but if they bother to read the damn permits or took the time to attend the local meetings about it over a year ago they would see the plans are to close down the old outdated location and consolidate in Mobridge about 50 miles or so away.
