Bunch of ignorant millennials and media hyping such a non story. No idea what they are even talking about with the fear mongering. I was rooting for the Cleveland Indians but now I'm hoping the Cubs will win game 7 just for spite.

A Trump administration will not put up with this. Arrest them all immediately. It is not public land - protesters not permitted on private land - arrest on first sight. End of nonsense

that pipe is going straight thru their land. The govt said it is an easement. The company that is laying the pipe is etp/ete. I own a hundrend fifty shares of both. Since this shit started I have lost a grand on these 2 stocks. Don't understand why they just didn't move the pipe a couple miles. To be honest with you i don't blame them. The epa polluted some other tribes land a year ago

              1) "those people's" representatives obviously took the government money to make such an easement... so all is legal.
              2) "those people" are not the protesters... they are plants that are paid.

I'm not sorry you are losing on a stock investment... the market is a casino so pull up your big boy pants. If you have a moral problem with a company in which you are invested, perhaps you should sell your shares? You are just angry because some others beat you to the punch

we took these people's land from them by force about 150 years ago. why, because all they did was sit around and smoke loco weed instead of developing their civilization and we wanted to expand ours. so we simply took it away from them and they haven't gotten over it.

Who is "we" ? I didn't take any land from anybody. I didn't have any slaves either. I'm sick and tired of hearing about how I should be shameful because I am a white male. Bullshit. As for the land, well possession is 9/10 of the law... who resides over the Ukraine ??

Study some history... the world has ALWAYS been that way, and it always will be. There is no sense in boo hooing it all.

Arrest the criminal protesters, and let the development go on its way. Dun Deal

Line 3 has already been moved. The whole argument about the water supply is ridiculous....there's already almost 7000 miles of pipe in the state as it is...also running under the Missouri River. The protestors are worried about the intake location but if they bother to read the damn permits or took the time to attend the local meetings about it over a year ago they would see the plans are to close down the old outdated location and consolidate in Mobridge about 50 miles or so away. That way there's no chance of anything effecting the drinking water should something ever go wrong.

They've passed other tribes rules, every state and federal impact review and even moved it from Bismarck area due to a lower rating there.
