So I do think this FBI investigation will be the final blow to HRC in her election. I have my doubts, but could possibly face charges and possible conviction. Long shot I know... but we can dream right?

Okay so here is my question... if she faces and indictment, it could likely be coming in the next several weeks. But any trial would last many months, maybe a couple years.

Can a sitting president make a preemptive pardon? Can Obama pardon HRC when she is simply indicted but not yet convicted?
