RCP moves Pennsylvania to "toss-up state"... game on?!??

this really caught my eye. i see that Trump is up from 16% to 18% chance of winning election. maybe due to this headilne??

i am NOT a trump supporter. just an observer. i will note 2 things: 1) RCP classifies 5 percent gap as border for "toss-up"; 2) Trump hasn't lead Hilary in a Pennsylvania poll for a long time. i've seen her lead as from about 5% to 10% there.

Personally I think he would win the election today... the only thing that makes most of us not think so is the silly polls. They are not corrupt, it just does not correctly measure who will actually vote. When RCP puts Michigan in the toss up the witch is definitely dead
