There were 3 clowns spotted at Penn St and about 6000 students went out on a "Clown Hunt" looking for them

In Plano Texas, some guy jacked up a clown

The victim says he was walking the trail at around 8:45 p.m. Sept. 29, when he heard a rustling of leaves and a pinging noise. He says he knows now that the pinging noise was the baseball bat hitting a guard rail.

"The individual in the clown mask confronted our victim and said, 'Do you wanna play a game?'" said David Tilley of the Plano police.

The victim says the clown said it menacingly in a "deep and scary voice." He says the clown had the bat in his right hand. The clown took several steps toward the victim.


"Instinct kicked in […] and I hit him," the victim said.
The victim says he hit the clown square in the face. He said blood dripped through his mask as the clown ran back into the woods.

That clown clearly didn't know the 6'4"man he confronted has MMA experience. "This can be a deadly game,” Tilley said. “We're in Texas. People carry.” Our victim says he normally does carry a weapon, but he didn't on this day.

I work at an elementary school. This nonsense has the kids terrified. False sightings spread like wildfire and the kids believe it all. They think everything they hear in a rumor is true. There is only one verified sighting in my area and it was just a joke. If any clowns come near these kids or I see them anywhere, they will be deceased clowns very quickly.

PORTLAND, Ore. - Police said they arrested a man outside a school on Thursday following a report that he was in a clown mask chasing children.

Portland Police said David Dahlman, 55, was wearing boxing gloves and alarmed students by shadow boxing towards them as he stood outside the school window. They said he also threatened an assistant principal who came out to speak to him.

Dahlman ran away but police were able to arrest him a short distance away.

Meanwhile, a Gresham boy was also arrested on Thursday for making threatening "killer clown" posts on social media.

Police said the boy made claims that the clown was headed to two schools to hurt students. Police found that the threats were not credible and the boy had no intention of harming anyone.

CLARK COUNTY, NV (CNN) — The Clark County School District is calling it an “epidemic.” Reports of “killer clowns” threatening schools across the Valley have caused panic.

On Thursday morning, that panic resulted in several children being injured.

“Over the last nine days, daily, we’re getting calls — just probably as many calls as you guys are getting. We’re probably getting double that,” Clark County School District Police Department Capt. Ken Young said. “This is widespread even as far as Canada.”

Online rumors and threats have transformed into real issues. According to police, Thursday morning at Leavitt Middle School in Las Vegas, someone thought it would be funny to announce there was a clown on campus.
