from what i've seen of it very briefly today, looks like another clear cut case of shooting a dumbass who refused to pay attention.....

when I was almost gunned down by five or six cops pointing guns at me (while I was chasing affter a guy with a 9mm handgun who'd just shot me at point blank range -- who the cops had already taken down as he ran into the back of my lofts downtown -- despite the fact that I was unarmed), I could not follow their f'n instructions fast enough.... they said "freeze" and "get on the ground", and I was immediately frozen in place, hands f'n up, and was not coming toward them even one step forward, and I was immediately, slowly going to the ground...... yelling at them that they better not shoot my ass and that I was unarmed......

I didn't do anything f'n stupid like, say, not follow their f'n instructions, no matter how f'd up they were for nearly blowing me away for simply chasing the sorry fukker who'd just shot me......
