Does anybody read billboard signs off the road anymore?

I did a survey of 200 cars with passengers and I would say 85% of the passengers minimum we're down looking at their phone. Even the people that were driving we're having a hard time watching the road because of their phones, never mind looking at a billboard

i think the point he was trying to make was that it seems like every person either in a vehicle or walking down the street are staring at those stupid phones non-stop. who wants to be connected to people or news 24-7. i celebrate when someone gets run over or mugged because all they were looking out for or at was that germ laden phone. people would rather lose one of their kids than having their phone lost or stolen. the no texting while driving law is never enforced anywhere. the penalty should be confiscation of the phone on the spot and make the driver run it over.
