Atlantis is a great resort donker...but pretty much sucks away from it. Bahamas is not great IMO

gotta agree with Booya on this....I'd just stay on resort for the week....great casino....have some nice night clubs there and the water park is amazing.....there is some shopping you can do near where the cruise ships dock but probably a bit pricey because of that.if anything rent some motor scooters and explore what you can....remember drive on left side!....enjoy your trip

I love Atlantis....Not bad to go out a little but I'd rather just chill at the resort as they have everything you would want in a vaca

sounds like a no-brainer, tho we may take one day to the Fishfry area and the local junko festival one night.... as we don't feel as if we've truly been to a place if we haven't put our lives at risk at least once during the stay.....

will be posting a vid in a bit from our arrival yesterday, advising our beloved JJ on what truly constitutes a room with a view, and how to best negotiate such rooms, and what one should pay for them......

taxi drivers there can get you whatever you want. don't carry more then what you need ..

for the most part you will be ok.. have fun.. and enjoy the resort..

I've been to the Bahamas three times one of the most laid back fun places out there. The Atlantis absolutely beautiful the underground water animals the slide casino etc amazing place enjoy

The Donk: Bahama's 8 days (present); Daytona night race/week in Daytona Beach (two weeks ago); cruise in april for a week on royal caribbean (wins poker trny for championship cruise in dec., 2016); four casino weekends, etc........

WussyWaves: sbr poker room every day all year so far; no "trips" other than down to Columbus Park in Trenton for hot man on man action among the discarded heroin needles and used condoms.....

hey jj, when u want a view like this (instead of that crappy shit you had at the f'n westgate), use this trick: when at the front desk checking in, slip a twenty, or two depending on the caliber of the place -- one did the trick here -- in between your ID and your credit card; and ask for a "room with a view"..........
