sad we have so many such leaders not on the national scene that dwarf the capabilities of the national candidates, particularly in the areas of integrity, honesty, and commitment, that aren't up for the damn job............

and unlike Obama at the time he ran for prez, this guy has 1. accomplished a lot of things in turning a major city pd around despite all the rich burbs poaching his best officers with offers of much more money (DPD has to pay less salary) and 2. shown true leadership.
