For this latest surgery, the penis will come from a deceased donor after special permissions – like the ones sought for face and hand transplants – are obtained from the family. The surgeons say they expect the penis to start working within months, developing urinary function, sensation, and eventually sexual function.

I wonder if you can choose the size and color. You know where I'm going with this.
