Absolutely! ESPN ran a 30 for 30 back in 2009 - "Who killed the USFL"? One of their best pieces ever. They detail the history of the league and interview Trump about his actions. He denies ruining the league of course but there are plenty of other league officials who basically blame it on Trump. He wanted to go head to head with the NFL to force a merger.
