    Trying to lose weight?
    all you have to do is drink two whey protein shakes a day doesnt matter what brand just make sure it has amino acids too...one in the morning one at night. i lost 40 lbs just by drinking protein shakes. it doesnt taste like a real milkshake but who cares. the fat just melts away

            If you were a pig who ate really poorly, then starting drinking shakes exclusively, I'm sure you would lose weight. It's how SlimFast made their empire back in the day.

            Heavy protein instead of a heavy carb diet is always better. Not sure I'd want to do it that way though.

              took about 6-9 months i went from 240 to 200 i did walk a little bit each day

                I went from 228 to 185 in 6 weeks on vege and fruit juice. Just watch "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" on Netflix. Fk protein shakes. Your body CAN'T store more than 30 grams of protein a day. That's the weight of 10 pennies. You take in more than 30 grams of protein a day, you'll be in a world of trouble. Excessive protein leaches out calcium out of your body out of your urine. This is why North America is #1 country in Osteoporosis and other deadly sicknesses.
