In order to initiate a stop of a citizen you must have proabable cause of a law that was violated within reasonable cause. I ask again what law was broken to initiate a stop, roadblock and the death of Lavoy finnicum.
Just give me the Uniform section code, State or even local law that was violated. That's all i ask.
If you can't provide the information you are simply taking on talking points of the mainstream media.
If the stop was not based on any law violation it is called: "An unlawful stop" and that is a crime without reasonable cause or affidavit affirming the law broken. I've read the affidavit and it's void of any standing law and should fall flat on it's face.

you have stated since they ran from "Authorities" they were wrong and the vehicle constituted the equivalence of a weapon. My position and your position should be what law was broken to initiate this stop. I know you looked and couldn't find any law that was violated. Therefore, the actions taken by L.E. were illegal and warrantless.
It's not a matter if this group fought in a way you agree with, it's a matter that they did it in a way no law was broken. A right of redress of Grievance is guaranteed to you by our fore-Fathers.
Now, your saying and i quote; "I never said the original stop was lawful" If you finally admit the original stop was not lawful, then neither was the actions by Lavoy Finnicum, which you have insinuated he was unlawful.

ah yes, one of my favorite past times as a kid.....
we had a group of local constables in s. tex. that all wore ten gallon hats with big beer guts, etc.... typical dumbass fuks with badges.... we called them the "ten-gallon hat crew".... If we were hangin' out and saw one drive by, we'd all immediately start runnin' like hell in all directions just to set em off.... they'd hit their sirens and immediately give chase.
once we had one of these pathetic fuk cocksuckers on the line, we'd go off road, so they'd have to get their fatasses out of their cars and give chase.... as we were all football jocks, the sorry out of shape pricks would run after us for about 20-30 feet before doubling over, winded as shit..... we'd be yelling insults at em about how fukkin' fat and out of shape they were, while calling their mothers a variety of choice words.....
they'd draw their guns and crack off a few shots every now and then, but fuk em.... they were heaving so hard from being winded they couldn't hit the broad side of a barn.....

lol..We used to drink at the park and when the cops came we would run to the next spot, then the next. They chased us all around town until it was time to go home.
Now, if we had guns and decided to take over the park, trash it, actually get pulled over and then ran while guns are drawn, I would expect the worst.

"sick of cops; two days ago a jaywalking cop was crossing the street behind my old digs, the Bayou Lofts, to get to theSpaghetti Warehouse in downtown h-town, and was almost daring the legal traffic to hit him (he was standing on the yellow line in the middle of a two way traffic street).
As I approached him, we made direct eye contact...... and although he was wearing a pair of those stupid fckin' oakley shades (you know with the straight legs that don't curve, but rather embed into the fat on the side of a shaved cop's head), I could tell he was lookin' right at me and wanting, almost demanding with his posture, that I stop and let his jaywalkin' ass cross the street in front of me.
I kept driving toward him, not breaking, and rolled my window down as I got up to him, and said, "FUK OFF, COP, OBEY THE FUKIN' LAW AND QUIT FCKIN' JAYWALKIN".......
i pretty much hit the gas at that point and headed toward the rt hand turn that gets onto I-45 North, and noticed this prick was running after me..... I slowed up a bit to give him hope that he might catch me, then as he got close to my bumper, yelled out the window "I SAID FCK OFF, COP!!!!" and hit the gas again.....
by now, i'm about to turn onto the onto the road leading to the freeway on ramp, and this fat shaved head fck, huffin and a puffin, is still giving chase hopin' I'll catch the red light at the turn, which I do.... I let him huff and puff right up to my bumper again, then yell out, "FUUKKKKK YYYOOOUUUUUU, COP!!!!", and hit the gas and run the red (there's a "no rt turn on red" sign there), turn on to the frontage road and nail it......
he runs into the middle of the frontage road, bends over, hands on knees for a second -- clearly straining from as much physical exertion as the lazy fck has had in over six months, and as he's gettin smaller in my rearview, I see him raise up and draw his f'n peashooter...... I speed up even more, lean over into the passenger's seat to duck my head and hauled ass even faster.... don't know if he shot or not.......
