    Need to increase blood flow to lower body during games....
    If you are sitting for long periods of time watching sports. Pretty solid idea to take some breaks and get the blood circulating

        But I'm thinking...what if you're at the bar drinking and watching the game? There has to be an alternative.

          If that happens just stand and watch.. and maybe lean against a wall or pole.

                  Make a little rec room somewhere in your home...

                  Get yourself a treadmill or step climber or bike for some exercise.

                  Mount a TV on your wall.

                  I use HDMI cables from DirecTV Box.... (so I don't have to pay for a 2nd box)

                  If you have an RF Remote you can change channels and the box doesn't have to be in the room.

                  Boom! Watch sports and burn some calories off.
