Get yourself a treadmill or step climber or bike for some exercise.
Mount a TV on your wall.
I use HDMI cables from DirecTV Box.... (so I don't have to pay for a 2nd box)
If you have an RF Remote you can change channels and the box doesn't have to be in the room.
Boom! Watch sports and burn some calories off.Comment -
