Does anyone know which sportsbook gives you classic parlay cards?

I think it was 5 dimes, but was it? Is there any other sports books that offer parlay cards, such as the cards in vegas, or from the local. The parlay card i am talking about is the one that is release at the beginning of each week and the line on them do not change.

Ive searched high n low with no luck. Legends was the last known book to have these.
