Healthiest sandwich is the plain chicken breast with pepper jack cheese toasted on honey oat or multi grain bread... Then ask for extra spinach, pay for avocado and you will be ok with a well balanced meal..

Isn't the turkey breast sliced salted and preserved meat? The Chicken breasts are whole frozen cuts and that's why I do the chicken breast sandwiches only at Subway..

I think most of the meats at Subway are questionable and gross.. Just all frozen low grade salty preservative filled shit..
