Final analysis is Anti-Social disorder as well as paranoid personality disorder
The anti-social behavior allowed him to be fearless, not care, he never got adrenaline rushes, never got sick from watching rats nibble away at an alive peraon for days as that person screamed and yelled. Nothing.
The paranoid disorder made it nearly impossible for him to trust anyone, couldnmt forgive people, so he had no friends.
The two together created the perfectmob hit man, a friendless souless man that had no conscious and had no sympathy nor empathy, so he just killed, business as usual.
Interestingly, the psychiatrist came to a final conclusion that ultimately this was caused by a mixture of nature and nurture, that both personality flaws are genetically passed on, however it was the way he was raised that nurtured both and created the beast. Because he was beat as a kid, because his dad stabbed his mom, because his mom would hit him in the head with a broomstick, he ultimately turned into the person he became.
Probably a few nut jobs here that are one wedgie away from becoming this guy

He responded yes, once a guy was crying to his God and I told him I will give your God, I don't know I think he might have said 30 minutes, to show up and save you.
