He was beaten to death with a hammer.

They said on the news that a 10 year old boy told his mother that the the man argued with him and hit him(Which the news claimed according to surveillance video never happened) and she and her entire minivan crew proceeded to pummel and beat him with various objects.

The 6 people(3 adults and 3 juveniles) are all in jail or detention centers and awaiting trial, so justice will be served.
