I've smoked in hotels plenty of times in Vegas or AC....If you are in a suite especially it's zero issue

I would think extremely hard since no one on either side gives a fuk. The guys at the departing airport have no motivation to call anyone, and we're talking about Portland, lol. If the amount is small, it adds bullshit to anyone's budget.
