The fact that he looks so dorky and unauthentic and yet somehow managed to knock the girl off of her bike from that distance with a miracle throw was more surprising to me then humorous. I also have a feeling that all of these people know each other.

I have a feeling that they were riding round and round the block and they were taunting each other back and forth. According to the comments, after it was over, one girl suffered some sort of knee injury and the other girl threw a stick at the boys. Then all of the parents got together and the boys got into trouble.
