Jackass driving 40 in a parking lot, I was the passenger crashes into someone pulling in, airbag pops me right in the sternum, and I'm a slender guy, hurt so bad. That was 7 years ago, and to this day, when I move certain movements it pops a little Not sure if it's a internal bruise or micro fracture.

When I was 19, I framed houses and had a skill saw kick back after hitting a knot. Cut through 4 fingers. Two were dangling and were saved but lost the other two.

I have also tore my Achilles and while it wasn't as painful as exposed bone, it took forever to heal from, hated being laid up

I gotta say, I've been pretty lucky with pain. Never broken a bone, worst thing that has ever happened is a bad hop softball to the eye. My eye was swollen shut for 2 days and I had a black eye for like 2 weeks, but I never really felt any pain, it just went numb instantly.

'93 I ruptured my spleen on a BMX track, not really super painful but felt like a bruised rib and was hard to breathe for a few weeks in the hospital. Miraculously it stopped bleeding and never had to remove it....besides that probably smashing my baby toe on a old wooden tv stand.

was 20 and out with a girl all night, sitting outside talking till 5 in the morning. had to work at 6am. left her house and was driving straight to work. fell asleep at the wheel and veered off the road. pinned my car underneath a guard rail. split my head open when i cracked it off the windshield. was knocked out. 12 staples in my head. totaled my car.

Herniating a disc in my back. It compressed the nerve in my right leg which was extremely painful and greatly diminished my range of motion. Took me over 1 hr just to get myself out of bed in the morning.

Acromioclavicular joint disruption. All the other injuries I had over the years don't even come close when it comes to pain. I had injuries that were way worse and took longer, but the pain from this one was unreal.

Kidney stones by far!!!! Even got the tip of my dick caught in the rotor of my bmx going down a gravel hill, the shit turned black and i was pissing blood. Didnt compore to the kidney stones. Cried both times and i was about 30 years old with the stones.

the day before that was pure misery, couldnt even walk

got to the hospital in horrible pain, felt like someone was stabbing me with a knife in my stomach

hour later i felt amazing, wanted to leave...everyone started freaking out and got me to surgery within minutes because it finally burst and i was paralyzed within minutes

30 mins from death
