Girlfriend for 2 and half years we both don't want to get married anytime soon but yesterday she's like she doesn't wanna wait that long either. I never married. I had some kids and long relationships but never tied the knot. I just have to laugh at a guy who feels the need brag on an internet forum about banging girls and making money while talking down about a woman who probably broke it off with him. Guys, I have been telling my friends this for years you need to have a roster of women just like they have friends on Facebook you know they have 20 guys on Facebook waiting for them to post that they are single and take them out to lunch.

The institution of marriage is unrealistic. It needs to change to a contractual agreement of 3, 5 or 7 years. You sign a contract and at the end of said contract you either walk away or re-up with another contract. Each party walks away with what they brought in and splits what they obtained together. This is exactly why I pay double the principle every month.
Owning a home has been a huge financial upswing for me party because I was lucky enough to get one in an up and coming neighborhood. Every time one sells around me price is higher and higher. Real estate is a dangerous investment and a lot of people just jump in head first without considering everything.Comment
