First, there never was any team morale. That's why of the 5 people that have been hired in the last year, I'm the only one left, and I'll be gone soon. You can shove your team morale sideways up your sorry ass.

Second, I know I'm transferring in 6 weeks. But why should it be on me to have to just "deal with the BS" for 6 weeks, so I don't "burn any bridges". Take your own god damn advice and put up with my bitching for the next 6 weeks, because after all, as you said, it's only 6 weeks. And the reality is, you're burning bridges with staff. I would never recommend that place. Go to hell.

Thirdly, don't think I don't recognize the obvious attempt to shut me up because you don't want me to "rock the boat" or disturb your status quo. Yes, you are lazy. Yes, you have a sweet job that fits a lazy person perfectly. Yes, you work in a dept where people go to retire. Even when there is a full schedule, you barely do anything. I hate that type of work environment, but I don't judge you for thinking differently. But if you're going to to be a dikk about it, then ya, I will rock the boat, I will disturb the status quo, I will make sure they penny pinchers understand just how overstaffed your dept. is and yes, that will make you work a lot more.

Fourth, on your best day, you're average at what you do. On most days, you're subpar and have NO business training new staff. You don't even know what you're teaching, that's why you always ask me. And me, being a nice guy, generally gives you the answer. From now on, go fukk yourself. The only reason you ever got to orient new hires in the first place is because you're a co-dependent bitch that buddied up with someone that actually has a clue, then got them to vouch for you. Yes, you really are that bad. I wouldn't let you touch my pet rat, if I had one.

Lastly, you're a bitch, a work place bully. You suck at your job. I don't give a fukk what you think of me and in all honesty, I've probably literally forgotten more about what we do than you'll ever learn. That's why your orientee constantly asks me to help her understand what you just attempted to explain but did a piss poor job because you don't know the answer, but instead of saying you don't know, you make up some bullshit that doesn't make sense.

At the end of the day, you can keep your shitty job. I'm glad your best friend, the one that actually has a clue and has drug you along this far, is leaving. Now you will be exposed for the worthless, stupid piece of shit you are.

This is stupid even by political argument guy standards. Probably 80% percent of the US is lazy dikks but you wanna make it a political thing. Humor me, what percentage of Democrats are lazy dikks? 0? Less than 1?

Don't know where you work or with how many, but my over 35 years of factory work, has shown me the lazy,
brown nosers who cry and suck up to the boss, are over 90% Republican. One day after watching a few, I
asked them what their political affiliation was. So it's not just blabber I'm spewing, I actually asked.

So if you want to get political about it, just look at the do nothing Republicans in office. Lazy, cry and suck
up to the rich boys and corporations. Just like in real life. Now, if you are one of those that suck up to the boss,

I work for myself and would probably suck off the boss if I could. So your sample size is a few people you have encountered in your life? Kinda missed my question about what percentage of democrats you believe are lazy dikks or whatever you called them in your first posts.

And just to point out a bit of an issue in your above statement. You were sitting around watching others do nothing? Doesn't that by definition kinda make you doing nothing as well? And this thread again kinda implies a slight bit of whining about others as well. And I will assume your a democrat by your tone. So is it finally your turn to be in the 1%, the lazy, whiny do nothing liberals or is your previous assessment numbers generally pulled from your ass.

And just for your point of reference. I'm basically in the middle. I think a lot of what politicians on both sides say is just to pander to their voting base and get them riled up. Once either side gets into office half of what they say is compromised or entirely pushed aside.

As far as brown nosing and office politics its part of the game of life unforntuantely to a certain extent, has been for what probably seems like forever. I hated it so I went to work for myself maybe 10 years ago and now I dont have to deal with.

I'm a worker, I judge people on how they work. If they aren't pulling their weight and instead sucking off the boss,
it pisses me off. I don't like doing their job while they are blowing. You of all people should know that. You work hard
at getting your customer. You work hard to please him. You work hard at what you do. You don't want your employee
cozying up to you instead of doing his job do you?
