They're redifining addiction, looking at the actions taken by our government and analysing their decisions based on effectiveness, or lack thereof.

I find it fascinating that all Ted speakers have come to the same conclusion, that we are failing miserably in how we address addiction in the US and it comes with a steep cost to the taxpayer, $600 billion. Yet, our gov't fails to change course. Lot of money is being made off of addiction
