I used to be prescribed to the 30mg adderall about 10-12 years ago for school and i haven't taken it since. I have noticed more and more people around me are taking it and bragging about how much energy they have and how smart they feel...

while i usually feel lethargic and my head is cloudy.

anyway my dr who prescribed it moved across the country.

question is who all takes it ? do you like it?

is it that much better than coffee?

i mean i used to take it but i felt like sometimes it would make adhd even worse like make me get side tracked of what i'm supposed to do even more hard core. But it still wouldn't make me want to listen to a boring teacher.

i also remember rapid heart beat and dry mouth.. but i had a lot of energy back then.

do you guys think i should start taking it again? maybe it will make me more productive?

Try exercising and working on your breathing. You b suprised how much energy you can bring into your body just with mindful breathing

In through nose and out through mouth, focus on the breath and nothing else. Your mind may wander at first but dont give up, keep the focus.

Adderall is a hell of a pill. I've taken a few of some friends pills before. I am superman when I do, it usually has a life of about 6 hours for me where I am super productive. However I tend to get back headaches, dry mouth, bad breathe, rapid heartbeat when I'm "coming down" off of It. Not worth it to take all the time but if you have a day you really need to get shit done they come in handy

Is Ritalyn as good as Adderall?

I've had both, but Adderall only twice. Ritalyn probably 30 times. I get a small lift from Ritalyn. Been so long on the Adderall now, I don't remember what it was like.

Never been a fan of uppers.

Especially cocaine, terrible experience.
