Whenever I feel clogged up, I go get an iced coffee from Starbucks or panera...which is usually made with cold brew...and a shot of espresso. Makes me shit like a goose

I would love a good coffee. But I need a lot of cream in my coffee... also sugar. Coffee is like a treat... but it puts on USELESS CALORIES if you're trying to keep your bod in shape.

If you drink it straight... it tastes like sh#$. It makes you have inconsistent sh#$s. I'm pooping every hour for 3 hours. Wasting toilet paper. And it stains your teeth. Gives you bad breath.

So basically... you can't win with coffee.

I cant stand the taste of coffee. I take it as two shots of espresso, nothing else, comes out to an ounce or two. Shoot it and then drink water to get the taste out of my mouth.
