Wish everyone would stop with the Veteran's groups side with this candidate or that candidate. There are millions from several generations and let you in on a little secret...not everyone is of the same political ideology.

I'm ok with Vets speaking for a candidate.

But this idea of getting vets to trash former vets. That was a new low (in 2004).

Raising a bar is hard. Lowering it is easy.

I'm fine as well with prior service guys and gals speaking their minds...100%...I meant a bunch of these political groups that get together and try to move an agenda with the veteran tag as the bonafides or implying that vets as a whole agree with one side or the other. If there is a misrepresentation of the facts being used by political candidates or public figures I'm all for vets who were involved coming forward and getting the whole set of circumstances out there...Pat Tillman, Jessica Lynch, John Kerry's swift boat fiasco, Brian Williams being shot down, Bowe Bergdahl...and on and on. But I'm not in favor of 5 Air Force and Navy guys spending a few months deployed under one enlistment term and then forming a political organization and putting out things with 'veterans everywhere against Obama on his Yemen strategy' to help out their candidates.
