Too many people in prison for nonviolent crimes. I sure as hell wouldn't want to go to prison

The Prison in California are so crowed with non-violent offenders, it ain't a joke. And they're building several more Prisons here. It's cost the state of California about 31k to house a single inmate. Many of the California prisons are over crowding due to people getting a life sentences on a 3rd because of a non-violent offense. I don't see anything wrong with Obama wanting to rehabilitate a non violent offenders and having them out here working for a living. It's better that they are making that 31k and paying taxes verses us.
