I'm starting to seriously wonder what the fukk is happening in this country. I have always been the kind of person to blow off people thinking this country is changing and becoming a laughing stock ect ect, but my mind can't wrap around what is happening here. Someone died as a direct result of Jenner. There is now a family, a small group of people in and around the community who went through a tragic event, lost a loved one, a close friend, a coworker. Where is the outrage? Where was the constant primetime news coverage? Why isn't Nancy Grace losing her shit every night over this? Why aren't there marches in the streets demanding justice? Unfukinreal, ESPN giving a COURAGE award for someone who killed another, when the family of the deceased brought a civil suit Jenner said the family wasn't burdened by their loss. Well ok, then the civil courts will solve this case. It's incorrect to say that she "killed" someone. It's like saying Laura Bush "killed" someone. Except there wasn't video evidence back in those days.
I think it takes an insane amount of courage to face an intolerant public and make a change in your physicality if the change seems right. Like I've said before in here, someday 40 years from now there's gonna be a lot of mea culpas about how we feel about gay or transgendered persons, just like how older people from the South changed their tune about black people being equal to themselves way too late.

I agree it took courage to do what "it" did. If it is sincere. A lot of people feel its just an attention grab. After years of being overshadowed by the Kardashians he learned a few things.
