Judging from the story those are consumer debts... which are personal. It would be a personal bankruptcy. The only issue is... he must be showing proof that all of his LLC's or Inc's (businesses) that he owns and/or partnered with don't come close to 10-50 million in profits yearly. Odd part of this is the 10-50 million fluctuation. Should be more accurate than that.
