They didn't wait until it happened, it just so happen to have been done before the suits were filed. The suits were going to take 15+ months regardless of a building being demolished. Lawyers and the process don't happen as quick as the next week, there's no money in it.

in public cases like this, the lawsuits get expedited. and if the lawsuits are probable to win, it usually gets settled out of court.

there was a case here in san bernardino couple months ago, where a guy was running away from the cops and got beat.

he filed a claim and the case was settle in less than two weeks and he received $850,000.

incidents like sandy hook, you want to file the lawsuits asap.

I have to be honest, there are many things that I have been studying for a while and there's not a single day that goes by in which I sleep the way I should. Let's break it down fellas. Give me a reason why sandy hook was staged. What would be the purpose of
staging such a horrific event? Gun control? That didn't happen. To put officers in schools to prevent another
sandy hook, that didn't happen? To create fear for our kids to go to school so they can do charter schools?

I can't think of one reason to stage this event.

Think long term. There could very well be a time when in the not distant future (relatively) when resources are dwindling. This is about gun control and mental health. The ability for people in control to lock people away with no recourse and to prevent people from revolting. Who knows where this world will be in one year, five years, fifty years.

People that keep asking for motives of a Sandy Hook hoax need to realize that sweeping changes don't happen overnight. However, an incident like Sandy Hook provides ammo (no pun intended) for the anti-gun faction and gets us one step closer to that reality. It's the "kettle on the stove" effect, the progression of a mild simmer to a roaring boil, but it doesn't happen at the flick of the wrist, especially when it concerns something so deeply embedded into the American way of life, such as the 2nd Amendment.

If nothing else, Sandy Hook provides a pretext for more intensive surveillance of the public, the gradual militarization of our police force, or legislative action that often impinges on citizens' rights.

Take 9/11 for example... In the immediate aftermath, we waged a bogus war with a make-believe enemy that has devastated our economy, as well as morale, while lining the pockets of the fat cats that profit from global conflict. But other changes in our daily lives, that have their origins in 9/11, include The Department of Homeland Security, TSA, The Patriot Act, and a widespread increase in surveillance.

Sure, the government/media regards these changes as welcome and necessary, even giving them innocuous names and so forth, but it's all a ruse to impose tyranny one straw at a time. The public would surely revolt if the government attempted to exert it's will overnight, but if they do so bit by bit, the average joe is oblivious to it's effect, awash in entertainment news and disinformation. If and when the people wake up, it could very well be too late.
