I tip and usually over, but don't like to, its stupid. Just an excuse for employers to not pay employees what they should. Besides for him over the last at least ten years they have built in tips in pizza delivery price, no doubt they expect more on top of it. Lol simple solution here is to get a job where you're not depending on tips, problem solved, only listened to 2 min. Can't imagine what else he could be talking about.

A lot of Pizza Places started adding delivery charges. This is another reason why people don't tip as they think the charge is the tip. I know Papa Johns is like $1.75 now. I always used to tip the driver $5, but when they started adding the charge, I only give him $3. That is when I actually get pizza to be delivered. Most of the time I just pick it up since the closest one is only about 2 miles away.
