if you decarb the herb then eat it, it is 100% safe and you metabolize 98% of its goodness !!!!!

Weed should absolutely be legal as long as using it follows similar laws with alcohol. As far as health goes, any type of smoke being inhaled isn't going to be good for your body in the long run.
