No, what the law is saying is if you, a regular person was at a restaraunt and say a lady started chocking you could begin Heimlich maneuver maybe break a rib and she could not sue you. If you, say a stock broker under same circumstances tried to do a tracheotomy and killing the person then you are open to litigation. This is a very simple law, does it soak in?

Kermit, one lady was on ground being hit. If lady on top picked her head up one time on that concrete floor and slammed it, it may have been fatal. Lady on bottom was in peril of grave bodily harm. This pussified man with camera went out of his way to find the commotion to simply record the event.
