              Deadlifts for lower back.

Sets & reps doesn't matter if you aren't killing it.

Some people do like 3 sets of 12, 10, 8. They look like shit too. If your goal is to get 10 reps you usually get it because you lower the weight to get all 10. That's pansy lifting.

If you are at 10 reps and can get 11, 12, or 13...don't stop. Keep going. You earn gains when it starts hurting. Those are the reps that count.

I hit all muscles twice a week even though these cyber needs and muscle mags say to work out each muscle once a week so you don't overtrain. Lmao. If your roofed out you can probably do that and make gains but most people that try that will probably look the same after two months.

95% of the population doesn't work out hard enough to come close to overtraining.

Eat the right food and get the right sleep. You won't overtrain.

Hyperextensions, pullthroughs, good mournings, and KB swings for lower back. No such thing as overtraining just under recovery.

Aka you don't go to the gym..

All depends on what you're comfortable with . Low weight high reps was always the advice I got but.. I'd say 12-10-8 reps is a good starting point . Obviously depends on the ex cerise tho..
