Bikers On The Border

Recent events have reminded me of my suggestion to a Mongol leader that the USA should give territories along the southern borders to various biker gangs. Police the border with extreme prejudice and keep all the "contraband" you confiscate. Most of the USA border agents stay back 50 miles anyway--so it would be rare that they needed to interfere.

The Mongol said good idea if the gangs could be trusted not to wander into each others franchise territory. lolol
