In my younger day in the 2000's, I use tell cops off all the time because I knew my rights and I was taking a criminal justice major in college. Cops back then were more patient, at least my case. If I was to do the same thing to today's, they would beat the f..k out of me. These guy's absolutely do not respect the US Constitution. They're exploiting every loop hole they know they have.

the problem is these cops now days are poorly trained and under paid and the training is not long or thorough enough.

in most cases if you are trained properly you can avoid violence and you can avoid hurting these people if you are trained properly.

i think many cops are way too trigger happy even when it comes to using tasers.

I am not saying what happened wasn't excessive, but people need to start talking responsibility for the outcome of their actions instead of always blaming someone else. The girl is going to most likely get paid for the injuries that she sustained.
