So the guy comitted a home invasion with a gun and you're ok with probation? And I totally disagree with the judge. Crime statistics show the criminals "graduate" to more serious crimes. This guy is already breaking Into homes with weapons. And if the criminal was white possibly the victim would be afraid of "white guys with beards" or "white guys with black hair". This happened in Feb. I'm pretty confident the defendant has already violated his probation.
