So for those of you SBR'ers that workout post your favorite exercises routines,and supplements.Im getting back into it.Ive started doing body weight and resistance bands to build my strength back after 2 years of no workingout.

#15Just stay away from machines! Stretch band warmups followed by barbell rest pause to dumbell near failure to bodyweight failure use mechanical advatage go to failure again on bodyweight. Workout takes 30-40 minutes. Get after it man!Comment -

#17Machines work muscle not motion. Life is lived in motion. They also work on the peak contraction principle and accentuation meaning that the first rep is usually at the worst biomechanical postion possible. Not to mention keeping you in a fixed plane of motion which is also not good. Barbells, Dumbbells Kettlebells, Bodyweight, and Bands my man.Comment -
