That's what we call institutionalized, all he knows is prison life, probably all he will ever know... Mind you, he was taught this, he went into prison a regular guy, ten years and this is what happens... it's all about power and control, everything has been took, he can't even flick the lights off or walk from where he's told.. and this is the mentality that unfolds because so...Then add gangs, recipe for disaster.. He doesn't need to go to Africa to see it either, your local upstate satellite camp will do, for sure a doc prison...
