What Is Your Take On Liquid Vitamins?

Just purchased liquid Vitamin C. Found this brand that the reviews were good and it's priced decent.

I've always wondered how much is typically digested with pill form? Do we really get that entire vitamin in our system?

I'm trying Liquid Vitamin C, D.
