Can someone help me with registration from USA at heritage..

hi,
I was very interested in the low vig -105offer at heritage but seems that after I fill in the form the sign up button "froze " did not proceed..

Also another problem: has anyone from the US been denied of registration due to "VoIP type address restriction" on there? I've got time warner cable. When Heritage's customer service pointed it out, I had no idea where to start solving it. Then they refused to assist further and hanged up on me.

Thanks guys! Any tip will be appreciated.

update: the customer rep service from "H" has offered assistance and helped solve it. No biggie
