Had surgery for one....thought it was a muscle pull for the longest time until a surgeon took a look...was at home for a week recovering before I was allowed to return to light work...since I was a boss with a secretary all I was allowed to do was sit at my desk and look good...which wasn't hard to do

I had a similar injury from moving beer kegs
shortly after another surgery.
Surgery is the only fix ... recovery time is fairly short.
Get it taken care of after your vacation. You'll have swagger
in your step in no time at all.
