ISIS is Islamic, and radical Islam is the poison here. 10-15% of Muslims are radical. That is enough to cause terror around the world. Most moderate Muslims have common sense and do not carry out such attacks, but it doesn't take everyone to cause terror and war. The sad part is Islam can't be reformed because what they are doing comes directly from the Quaran, and it is believed by Muslims to be the direct word of God which calls for jihad, both defensive and offensive against infidels. If ISIS could, they would kill everyone in this thread.
