Thinking About Suing Little Cesars For Food Poisoning. Do I Have A Case..

So this past Wednesday I went to Little Cesars to get myself a Hot N Ready medium pizza. The person in the back making the pizza was about 17 years old and very greasy looking with long hair. So right away I am not feeling good about him making my pizza. As I am paying the cashier, I see him in the back pulling up his black jeans over his shorts because they keep falling. As I am looking I see him reach in his pants with his hand to adjust something. I was disgusted but thought since my pizza was already made, maybe he did not do such a thing before making mine. Later at night I started getting stomach aches and my stomach started spinning to the point where I had to bring up in the middle of the night. All day Thursday i spent in bed sipping on gingerale and eating dark toast. Only tonight I am feeling a bit better but I strongly believe that this person was responsible. Is there any way to prove this and make some money from this

No i do not think you can because there is no 100% proof it was from him. Did you eat something earlier in the day? If so they will say it could have been from that. Sometimes it is a delay with FPing it does not hit right away.

Remember Seafood Shanty? When i was younger i know i was food poisoned by them. It was bad and i tried going after them. They got off the hook because there was no way to prove it. Maybe if they pumped your stomach and had an idea like that but otherwise how can you 100% prove it was them.

Got sick off of a Pizza Huts supreme. Thought it was a fluke and tried another one a week later. Got sick again.
Wrote them about it, no discount coupons and no response of being sorry. Done with them.

Little Caesars does not make a medium Hot N Ready. They only make large sizes.

not from the pizza, or at least highly unlikely. any fecal matter germs would most surely have been eliminated in the 400+ Degree oven. furthermore about 99% of food poisoning symptoms take 24 to 48 hour to onset, so i would consider the food you ate prior to that, up to a day or two before your pizza encounter.

as 'gummo' pointed out. I eat shit out those 1 buck Totino pizzas. but I still stop by the Lil Caesars by me and grab the 8 buck supreme, some wings, n bread sticks quite often. they always tasty and fast n quick.
only problem I have, is wit my own self guilt for galking at all the young hottie chicks that always workin there. dam place always stacked wit Lil hotties only old enough be my own kid, umh, smh.
